Get to Know Our Cleaning Process

  • Do I need to be around when you are cleaning?
    No, it isn't necessary. You can run your errands, spend time with your family away from your home, or whatever it is you like to do, go ahead and do it. Of course, if you prefer to stay home while we are cleaning, then that is fine. We would ask that you kindly allow us to flow through your home. If you have children, we recommend that you let them know that there are people cleaning their home and they may need to move out of the way sometimes.
  • Can I make special requests or indicate where to focus?
    Yes you certainly can! You can let us know where you would like us to focus first as well as letting us know any specific areas which may need more attention.
  • Can I book a cleaning service one day in advance?
    You can but we do prefer at least 5-7 days notice so that we can properly prepare. This also allows us the chance to talk to you in more detail about any specifics you may have including the need for using specific cleaning products.
  • Can I specify which products you can use?
    Yes you can! Just let us know and we will use the cleaning products you would prefer.
  • Where are you based?
    We are located just outside of Greensboro and at the moment, we are a home based business. In the near future, we plan on opening an office somewhere in the triad area.
  • How far out do you travel?
    We can travel out as far as Lexington, NC or Danville, VA. We hope to be able to expand outward to cover more areas soon.
  • Do you clean homes that have pets?
    The short answer is yes. The long answer is yes, indeed we do.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseenable life events happen. What we ask for is that you contact us by phone or email and let us know that you need to reschedule or cancel. We would prefer to have 48h notice so that we can shift gears and slot in another home that needs our help but were put on a waiting list.
